Super Full Moon in Capricorn Guided Bath Ritual 7/13/2022
We’re going to try things a little different tonight! I recorded the entire ritual and chat about the astrology and the Reiki healing experience as a follow-along video, and I’d love to how it’s received! Everything from in-depth description of the energetics of the products, to discussing how this lunation is affecting us, the journal prompts, breakdowns of how to use your products intentionally and ritualistically, and a short Reiki experience. This lunation is about taking responsibility. Capricorn is a no-nonsense, realist, dedicated sign, and this Super Full Moon is making it impossible to miss how what we are doing is affecting the long term outcome on our reality. Are you truly dedicated to living out your Highest Timeline? (This is the timeline, the life, of your Higher Self. Whatever manifestations you’ve been working to bring into your life.) If you’re truly dedicated, this lunation will require you to observe any self-sabotaging habits, structures, relationships or foundations that are not conducive with that timeline.
Full Moons are a time of heightened connection with Spirit, and when it falls in Capricorn (the cut-the-BS sign) during Cancer Season (the sign of emotions and intuition), the messages from the Divine will most likely come sans-sugarcoating. Although these Divine Downloads might be hard to hear, take them to heart. Because Capricorn energy might come off as unforgiving, but that’s because it is acting from a place of seeing the big picture and being fully committed to it. This is definitely for your highest good. Are you ready to commit?

During the Full Moon phase, imagine- like in the cycle of breathing- that you've completed an entire inhale, and your lungs are now full of life, ready for release. It's in the consciousness of this phase that we appreciate what we've manifested and purge what no longer aligns with our intentions. Our vibrations are high and invigorating, and maybe even a bit chaotic. As you begin this lunar bath ritual, start your exhalation of this next cycle by celebrating all that you have achieved and gracefully move on from what has proven not to serve you.
Ritual Rundown
This is a test to your dedication and commitment to your Highest Reality. Since you are fully responsible for the life you create for yourSelf, this might come as a harsh wake up call. A Super Full Moon is intense on its own, and with it being in Capricorn, it’s time to release any blocks that are keeping you out of alignment with your Higher Self. You already know what they are. This is Cancer season after all- we couldn’t escape our intuitive nudges if we wanted to (but we don’t otherwise we wouldn’t be here.) But this Super Full Moon in Capricorn says, “ok you know what you need to do and you say you want this- so prove it.”
Set up your bath room to feel like a sacred space-
Put away anything that will feel like a distraction. Maybe it’s your kids’ dirty laundry or the empty shampoo bottle that you keep telling yourself you can get the last drop out of. Whatever it is, it’s not the focus tonight. Put away for now and deal with it later.
Pull out your UNHINGED JOY ritual candle, Amethyst, Natural Mexican Calcite, Full Moon “Natural Hot Springs” Bath Bomb, and other ritual elements that are listed above, and set your bath ritual altar up in a way that feels safe and sacred to you
Place your Natural Mexican Calcite Tower and Amethyst crystal near your bath so that they can absorb your intentions and conduct the energies of dedication and release during your ritual
Put your phone or device on “Do Not Disturb”
Cleanse the energy of the room by spraying the Tulsi + Lemon Balm Hydrosol around the room in a counter-clockwise motion, while saying (aloud or inwardly) “Cleanse my Mind. Cleanse my Body. Cleanse my Soul. Cleanse my Home.” Focus this practice especially over the tub and in front of the mirror, as they collect and project a lot of energy.

Place your Full Moon “Natural Hot Springs” Bath Bomb in the bath water
As the bath bomb dissolves and disperses through the bath water, it becomes a sacred place of intuition and cleansing. The rosemary and sage aroma of the bath bomb flood your senses with the energy of clarity and release
Soak in this bath and allow every single part of you and your energetic field to be immersed in the focused energies Capricorn, and the intuition of the Full Moon
Use the Full Moon “Divine Clarity” Dead Sea Salt Scrub to exfoliate any blocks you hold that keep you unaligned with your fullest potential from your physical and energetic bodies
Mix one teaspoon of JUGNOO face mask powder with a few sprays of the Tulsi + Lemon Balm Hydrosol. You can do this inside the cap or in a small dish. Apply this mask to your face and be met with the Divine energies of hibiscus.
