To say the journey of creating such a space has been life changing, honestly feels like an insane understatement. My story is only one example of the power of personal growth and healing, but I'm sharing it because I want you to know -
you aren't alone in this journey.
Growing up as the child of a narcissistic mother, I experienced deep wounds and a disconnection from my own body. The exploration to self-healing and empowerment led me to defy the seemingly prewritten odds, and I broke free from the victim mentalities and transformed my life.
My pursuit of knowledge and belief in a life beyond the ordinary led me to discover spirituality, energetics, and Universal energy as powerful tools for healing(Which operate from love and abundance rather than shame and fear!).
Recognizing the power of simple acts, such as taking hot baths, became instrumental in finding safety, divinity, and empowerment within my own body.
Inspired by my own experience and life changing personal growth, I created Healistic Reserve.
Today, it's a thriving platform that hosts an amazing community of self-healers and manifestors. With my unique guided lunar bath rituals, I arm you with the tools to bridge the gap between intuition and embodiment, offering you the support you need to break free from your past traumas and create the life of your wildest dreams.
