Full Moon in Pisces Guided Bath Ritual 9/10/2022
Today we have a Full Moon in Pisces and Mercury just went into its retrograde. While Mercury Retrogrades get a bad rap, they’re actually an opportunity to slow down. The reason they’re seen as the villain in astrology is because we have been conditioned to rely so heavily on technology and a society that is in a perpetual hurry. Mercury is the planet that rules communication, structures, and technology, and when it goes into retrograde (which means that it goes backward in its orbit) these are the aspects that begin to feel its affects. So our conversations might get misunderstood and go sideways more easily, our routines and structures can see their fair share of curveballs, and our devices might glitch- unless we slow down. Mercury Retrogrades are our regular reminder that our socially acceptable race through life is not sustainable and not the way life was intended to be experienced.
This life is finite, why would we want to race through it? Wouldn’t we want to savor it? Or allow ourselves the freedom of slowing down and riding the waves rather than white-knuckling through every phase?
Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac. It is a sign of completing cycles and aligning with the Divine. When we look at the symbol of Pisces, it is two fish swimming into each other in a circle- like a yin yang. The fish represent the element of water- the element of intuition, creativity, imagination, and dreams. Pisces is highly connected to the Divine and the astral realm. The Full Moon is a time of the veil between our world and the next thinning, and our reality overlapping the Spiritual. So when the Full Moon occurs in the sign of Pisces, it makes for a powerful opportunity for astral travel and Divine Downloads coming through. We can open and activate our third eye and crown chakras, while immersed in Pisces’ element of water, and go on a profound journey with our Higher Self into our dream world.
This ritual is all about slowing down and allowing ourselves to float. While there is a time for doing, this is a time of surrender and allowing. It’s about trusting that what needs to come through for us will come through. The energy of pushing through and forcing is the energy of resistance. This is about letting go and being completely and utterly wide open to receiving.

Journal & Pen
We will have two opportunities to journal for this ritual. Before we begin our ritual, we will journal about dreams we’ve had in the past in order to tap into dream consciousness. We will uncover our thoughts and beliefs about what we think to be true about our dreams and activate that part of our minds to encourage lucid dreaming during our meditation.
After our ritual, we will have the opportunity to journal about what came through in our experience and journey through the astral realm. This is a good time to practice stream-of-consciousness writing- which is a journaling technique where you start writing and don’t stop, allowing whatever words flow to you to come onto the page, without judgement.

Set up your bath room to feel like a sacred space-
*Put away anything that will feel like a distraction. Maybe it’s your kids’ dirty laundry or the empty shampoo bottle that you keep telling yourself you can get the last drop out of. Whatever it is, it’s not the focus tonight. Put away for now and deal with it later.
*Pull out your UNHINGED JOY ritual candle, Amethyst, Natural Hot Springs Bath Bomb, Divine Clarity Dead Sea Salt Scrub, Natural Mexican Calcite, Healistic Affirmation card, and other ritual elements that are listed above,
*Put your phone or device on “Do Not Disturb”
*Maybe even skim through an old dream journal
*Cleanse the energy of the room by spraying the Tulsi + Lemon Balm Hydrosol around the room in a counter-clockwise motion, while saying (aloud or inwardly) “Cleanse my Mind. Cleanse my Body. Cleanse my Soul. Cleanse my Home.” Focus this practice especially over the tub and in front of the mirror, as they collect and project a lot of energy.

As the water fills the tub, visualize the water in the tub becoming a pool of the most ethereal, sacred holy water you’ve ever seen. It is radiating magical energy, it is inviting you to go on a journey, and it is safe.

Before we get into the Full Moon Reiki-infused guided meditation, we are going to be preparing our journey into the astral by opening and activating our third eye and crown chakras
Begin by taking three deep breaths and release any muscle tension you can find in a quick body scan.
With your index and middle finger of one hand, tap on your third eye - the area between your eyebrows and slightly above.
Do the same with your other hand on your crown - the highest point of your head.
Tap on these areas for 12 deep breaths, then switch to a gentle clockwise massage on the same areas.
Continue the massage for 12 more deep breaths, then start the meditation

Use the Reiki-infused guided meditation below to guide you on your journey into your dream world. If your mind wanders away from the words of the meditation, allow them to. Feel yourself flowing through the astral realm and follow your Spirit’s guidance
