Spirituality and Self-Care is for Everyone.

Spirituality and self care is for everyone.

You don’t have to be someone who meditates, prays, or works on inner healing daily to be valid in your spirituality. You can feel angry, abundant, sad, excitable, joyful, jealous, etc., and be worthy of spirituality and self care. In fact, that’s what it’s really all about.

If I’ve been portraying myself as someone who is in a state of constant calm and center, then I need to apologize to you right now. I’m a stay-at-home mom of a 3yo with autism and LOTS of energy and big feelings. My husband and I are also both people with loud expressions and high energy (my sun and moon are both fire signs, hello.) One glimpse into my daily life, and you’ll see constant movement and noise. And we love it that way.

But when COVID hit, everything shut down and our routine of going to a handful of therapies and playgroups came to a screeching halt. And I soon realized there were a lot of pains whose whispers I had been drowning out with the GO. And now those pained inner child whispers had become screams. It was at my lowest point that I became more grounded in my old friends, spirituality and self care. That’s where my lifelong love for the two became one, and Lunar Bath Rituals were born.

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. All of your experiences and feelings are valid, and they are here to teach you something. Wherever you are in your journey to your Higher Self is exactly where you’re supposed to be.

But also, all I know is all I know.
